Can you all believe it's June 2011 already? How did that happen? Looking back on my NY resolutions.....I have achieved one whole-heartedly....I've become more FRUGAL. I'm a cheapskate these days. I don't want to pay full retail EVER EVER again. I love getting bargains and I can't believe I've wasted my hard earned money in the past. I did tame the bulge some....but quit the gym to save money....but I had battled the bulge. I did also buy some new walking/running shoes tonight so the bulge will get battled.
My spiritual journey is good. Small group is great...i'm just still missing my Craig Duke.
totally supported Matt in his campaigning.....check and will continue!
Spending quality time with kids in so many ways!

New Years Resolutions 2011
Tis the time of year to make some resolutions for the year....here are mine.....
1) Tame the bulge. I need to get fit and lose some lbs so I feel younger than my age. I eat pretty healthy.....but could use some activity in my life....and more than just getting off my chair and walking to the bathroom!
2)Enjoy Life More!!! Life in the Wallace Household has become more hectic than ever with all the kids' activities and our jobs. I will to take time to enjoy the little things.
3) Become more frugal!!! The last part of 2010 we became more frugal and worked to pay off debt. I hope that we continue working towards this goal. I hope to become more frugal in every way, shape, and form!
4)Organize my classroom and trash the unused stuff! OOH how I have the need to do this.
5)Play less on facebook...instead read more and knit more!
6)Continue to grow in my spiritual journey.
7) Support Matt in all his new endeavors!
8) Love my kids and spend time doing the little things like playing games, talking, taking a walk or bike ride with them regardless of how tired I am or how dirty the house is!

Cocoa Beach
After our 4 days in Orlando, we headed to Cocoa Beach for 2 additional days. I really wanted to hit the beach on the Gulf Side, but was nervous to make reservations due to the Oil Spill. Instead of the Gulf Side, we headed to the Atlantic Side. Several people recommended Cocoa Beach....so I thought Okay...we'll try it. YUCK for the town of Cocoa Beach. It's a run down town. Thankfully we had a nice hotel, Hampton Inn with a very nice mineral pool instead of chlorine. Hampton Inn's beach access was not a public beach so it wasn't crowded or dirty. We enjoyed the beach and the pool so much!!!! It was great. As far as food, we hit the grocery and got some easy meals to eat from the room so we didn't have to go to restaurants (especially since the choices weren't that great). We did have take out pizza from an amazing place.....Little Venice. Matt picked up the pizza and said it was very clean...two surfer dudes making the pizza dough.... we might consider going back for this great pizza...yep it was that good!
